   ✓ Refunds will be processed to the same account that the user provided at the time of application, subject to the payment recipient's verification process.
2. 100% Refund Guarantee
   ✓ If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund without deductions or charges applies where expressly provided under the official project application terms.
3. Cancellation by Allottee
   ✓ If an allottee chooses to cancel their allotment, cancellation charges of ₹10,000 may apply, subject to the project-specific terms.
   ✓ If no response is received from the allottee regarding the cancellation, the refund process may commence after due diligence.
   ✓ Cancellation refunds may be processed within 30 days after verification, subject to applicable project terms.
   ✓ Refunds may be made through NEFT/RTGS, DD or cheque, as specified by the payment recipient.
4. Disputes
   ✓ Any disputes arising in relation to the terms of the refund policy should first be addressed through mutual discussion.
   ✓ In unresolved cases, an aggrieved party may approach the appropriate authority under applicable real estate law.
   ✓ Jurisdiction will be determined by applicable law and the valid terms of the relevant transaction; mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
